About us
Inter – Connect for Change and Development (ICCAD) is a not for profit youth led organization registered as a TRUST.

Background
It is said that Information Communication Technology will revolutionize the Global Village at the click of a button. Kenya is currently experiencing an e-bubble with the landing of fibre optic cables (TEAMS,EASSY and ) it is anticipated that connectivity costs will be radically reduced thus opening forth which it currently has other sectors of the economy such as e-governance,  e-commerce,e-banking, just to mention but afew.
Every devise today is somehow digitally inclined hence the expectation that this will be the norm for each and every person; to be in tandem with this technological developments. It is against this background and the need to address “digital illiteracy” in informal settlements and rural areas that this organization was formed. To insulate against the problems created mainly by poverty as well as create a communal value proposition, benefits derived from Information Communication Technology have to be tapped into for economic empowerment and sustainable development of local groups and communities.

Organization Structure

The organization is governed by a Board of Trustees with a Chair person and three (3) Trustees who are responsible for the day to day operations of the organization.
Our day to day office operations are under a group of volunteers with a Programme Officer, a Programme Assistance and a Finance officer who is in charge of the organizations financial resources.
